क्वालालम्पुर : मलेसियामा २० लाखभन्दा बढी विदेशी कामदारहरूलाई संचयकोष सुविधा दिने संभावना बढेको छ । अर्को हप्ता मलेसियाको संसद्मा पेस हुन लागेको कर्मचारी संचय कोष ऐन, १९९१ को संशोधनमा उक्त सहमति जुटेको कोषका कार्यकारी निर्देशक अहमद जुल्कारनैन ओनले मलेसियाका संचार माध्यमलाई बताएका छन् ।
उनले कर्मचारी संचय कोष ऐन, १९९१ को संशोधनले विदेशी कामदारले पनि कोषमा योगदान गर्न बाध्य हुने बताए । उनले भनेका छन्, ‘विदेशी कामदारहरू हाल स्वेच्छिक रूपमा कर्मचारी संचयकोषमा सामेल छन् । ऐन संशोधन अनिवार्य गरिन थालेको हो । मलेसियामा हाल करिब ४ लाख नेपाली कार्यरत छन् । प्रस्तावित संशोधनमा आप्रवासी कामदार र रोजगारदाताले तलबको २्२ प्रतिशत रकम जम्मा गर्नुपर्ने छ ।’
जुल्कारनैनले आप्रवासी कामदारको योगदान फिर्ता गर्ने संयन्त्र उक्त संशोधनमा नै व्यवस्था हुने बताए ।
मलेसियामा यसै वर्षको फेब्रुअरी महिनादेखि न्यूनतम तलब १७ सय रिंगेट भएपछि अनिवार्य संचयकोष योगदानको प्रस्ताव आएको हो । बढेको तलब पाएका कामदारलाई २ प्रतिशत जम्मा गर्न समस्या नभए पनि बढेको तलब भुक्तानी गर्न समस्या रहेको बताइरहेका रोजगारदाताले आफूहरूलाई समस्या हुने बताउदै आएका छन् ।
